Yes, I think it is possible for humans to dwell on other planets in the future.
I would like to give following two reasons. First, as a result of human activity which imposes even heavier environmental burdens, the situation on Earth will become too hostile for humans to live under. Accordingly, mankind will seek to survive by moving to another planet. The first on the list is the Mars. The experimental migration plan to the Mars is actually under way now. Second, the cost can be reduced by inventing a more energy-efficient engine utilizing solar power and by harnessing resources such as water and oxygen on the new planet itself instead of taking them from Earth. The lower the cost, the larger chance to realize an inter-stellar migration. For the reasons mentioned above, I am optimistic about humans being able to "pave the way" for other planets to live on, not in a distant future, but quite near. [36] 2019年09月16日 (月) 13時16分
